Join us for the 6th Annual
Virtual Summer Dye Camp!
Friday & Saturday - August 21st and 22nd
with a KAL the first 4 Wednesday nights in September (Sept. 2, 9, 16, 23)!
Every year I host a Virtual Summer Dye Camp — a fun online experience where you’ll learn to dye beautiful yarn from home using non-toxic gel dyes and a yarn kit mailed right to you.
Together we’ll explore techniques like semi-solids, multis, resist dyeing, hand painting, and glazed colorways live on Zoom. You’ll love every second of painting color onto yarn — and be amazed at what you can create! The entire event is recorded which means you can register and dye yarn on your own time. The is also the perfect summer activity for children (with adult supervision)
After camp, we’ll keep the fun going with a cozy September Zoom Knit Along using our freshly dyed yarns.
DYE CAMP SCHEDULE

A FEW NOTES:
You will be dyeing yarn in your kitchen. You will not need a mask, and everything is nontoxic. The only heat source needed will be a microwave. This activity is perfectly suited for children WITH ADULT SUPERVISION.
Your box will include everything you need except for household items like bowls, spoons, plastic wrap & paper towels. All dye campers will receive a list of items to have prepared for camp, and these are all items you most likely already have.
